Rates
On the Zand Groups website the
prices are displayed both with and without VAT and the freight costs is (usually)
14.90 euro + VAT. All costs shown clearly before payment are made at the
confirmation of your purchase via Checkout tab on the homepage.
Returns
For a return to be accepted must
always a return number be obtained. This is done by entering the order where the
goods ordered. In the article line for the item in question there is a clickable
link which sends you to the page of returns. Please write as accurately as
possible the reason for the return.
Returns must always be labeled with
the derived return number. Returns that are not marked with the return number
will always be left without action.
Goods must be returned by a door
delivery services. Goods sent by the Business Economics ", or postal, charged
with 10 euro (excluding VAT) per package of catch-up fee. This is due to
restructuring of the postal organization. You can also choose another mode of
transport where the freight provider runs out the package to us.

Rejected or
Not Accepted Delivery Due to Wrong Adress etc.
An administration fee of at 25 euro+
VAT is charged to the customer if the goods are not desired. If the customer
wants the goods to be re-delivered will charge a new fee.
Wrong
Delivery
If Zand Group makes a Wrong Delivery we will credit the customer
according to our regular freight tariff.
Zand Group reserves the right to deliver the
replacement products that Acer provides us with. These products have been
replaced by Acer for one reason or can no longer be supplied.
Wrong Part Ordered by
Customer
Wrong Part Ordered by Customer are not to be
returned. However, in special cases by agreement and if it is in an unopened
package, the returns can be accepted against an administration fee of 25 euro+
VAT. Goods that not are from our stock are never to be returned.
Reservations
We reserve the right of errors in current prices and product
information.

Photos on the site are only illustrative and do not conform to
