To make things easier for everyone we wish you tell us things like: model and maybe the serial number, what part you want and if you have a photo of it - it's even better.
We have a large stock but some parts that are not frequently asked for are not in our storage, it takes us - usually - 3-4 days to get it in stock.
A frequent question is what we freight charges we have. We charge 119 SEK in Sweden and 14, 9 EURO for all other countries plus taxes or VAT.
Orders within Europe placed without a valid TAX/VAT number will be canceled unless you are a private customer and have paid TAX/VAT. EU VAT/TAX VALIDATION
If a product has the statement as OBSOLETE that means that Acer does not anymore support that product and it cannot be bought unless other is mentioned in the text.
