Delivery to consumers

All packages to private consumers will be send by regular postal service. The regular postal service will delivery your package to the nearest address and this might deviate from your actual residential address. A bill will be sent to the recipients home address which will enable him/her to acquire the package. You can see the total freight cost in the checkout process. For returns and not triggered goods - see under Payment.

Delivery to companies

Deliveries to corporate customers will be delivered to the place of business on weekdays. If the recipient is unable to acquire the package at the venue, the package will be held at the postal service for you to pick up at your convenience. You can see the total freight cost in the checkout process.

Returns (changes, misdelivery, warrenty, repurchases etc.).

Every return need to be validated by us in advance, if not it will be rejected
RMA - Return Material Authorization.
An RMA number or Return Material Authorization (RMA) is a method to deal with returns. Returns intention may be to have the goods repaired or replaced or to get a refund or a credit. In practice, that an RMA can only be finalised after a series of tests:

The handling of the RMA is as follows:

1 A RMA process starts by the customer entering on the orders at issue and there clicks on the link Schedule Return on the line for the specific product. After treatment of RMA application communicated to the customer on how the return should take place.
2 The product is checked when it arrived where it is a CID (Customer Induced Damage) cases. If so, interrupted RMA process and the client can get the product in return for a fee which includes the handling and shipping.
  a If the wrong product is delivered to the customer, we deliver the right product to the customer at no charge for handling and shipping.
  b If the product is found to be incorrect, we replace the product with a new or a compatible product without charge for handling and shipping.
  c If the customer has ordered the wrong product or want to cancel the purchase, the value of the product will be refunded to the customer minus the cost of treatment, if the product is unused and sealed.
3 The defective product will always be sent to the manufacturer for inspection and evaluation:
  a If the manufacturer finds that the product is defective, the product will be replaced with a new or a compatible product, and no charges were levied by the customer.
  b If the manufacturer finds that the product is improperly used or not under warranty, the client will be charged the full value of the product again.
  c If the manufacturer can not replace the customer with a viable product, the value of the product will be repaid to the customer.
Shipments without RMA.nr will not be accepted and a fee of 250SEK/26,32€uro will be charged on customer.

Unclaimed goods

The customer will be charged all shipping costs and a handling fee.

Wrong products delivered

If Acerparts makes an misdelivery, we will of course delivery the correct goods to you free of charge. However if the error is induced by misinformation on the customers behalf the same terms apply as in returning goods - RMA. Acerparts withholds the right to delivery replacement products which Acer supply. These products have been approved by Acer and replaces products that due to different circumstances no longer can be delivered. A product that can not any more be delivered by Acer is referred as OBSOLETE.

Wrong products ordered by customer - repurchases

Normally we dont give RMA to wrong products ordered by customer. I some cases, when the product is unused and is a stock product, we can make exceptions.
