Shipping & Returns
Every item in our shop have a stock status. If parts are marked with In stock it will be shipped out the same day or the following working day. Delivery time varies depending on destination country but is usually 2-4 working days. Remote stock items have an estimated delivery time. When your order is sent you will receive tracking information by e-mail.
Parts labelled “Remote stock” have an estimated delivery time based on the brand.
• ASUS spare parts have an estimated delivery time of 2-4 weeks.
• Acer parts are usually shipped within 2-3 weeks
• Samsung parts have an estimated delivery time of 7 business days.
Freight cost differs depending on destination. You can see the total freight cost during the checkout process and before confirming your order Sending goods on customers freight account. We can send goods on customer freight but due to extra administration we need to charge an extra fee of 5 EUR if order value is less than 100 EUR.
Please note that when ordering from outside the European Union (EU) additional charges for custom duties and VAT may apply in connection with the receipt of the delivery.
RMA number A RMA nr is required to return goods. Shipments without RMA number will be rejected. You can obtain a RMA number by sending an e-mail to: email@example.com
Returns under EU Consumer Directive
According to EU Consumer Directive private end user have a possibility to return goods bought online. The claim must be made within 7 days of the delivery and the condition of the products must be unused and in their original package and with seals intact. The consumer will have to pay return postage costs.
If the parcel has visible damage, ask your post office to make a note of damage before you sign your receivers note.
All spareparts have 6 months warranty.
Wrong products delivered
If Zand Group makes an error when delivering your goods, we will of course delivery the correct goods to you free of charge. However if the error is induced by misinformation on the customers behalf the same terms apply as in returning goods.
Wrong products ordered by customer
Normally we don’t accept returns if the customer orders wrong parts. If you are unsure if the part is compatible, please contact our support to make sure. If our support has given wrong information we will of course accept returns.
For Unclaimed packages the customer will be charged a fee of 25€.
